Arriving to Class

This experience is designed to restore, strengthen, and reconnect — all within the serene rhythm of our coastal setting. We look forward to welcoming you and guiding you through a mindful, energizing session.

Arrival & Access Details To ensure a seamless arrival, please review the following carefully:

  • Location: Kaiya Beach House, 149 Kaiya Beach Lane

  • Access: This class is accessible by foot or bicycle only. Vehicles are not permitted at the Beach House.

  • Parking:Along Scenic Highway 30A in front of Kaiya Within Kaiya property near the outdoor garden

  • Finding the Beach House: Enter Kaiya via Kaiya Beach Lane (marked by brick columns labeled Kaiya Beach House) You will see a white arm gate at the entrance — please walk or bike around the gate (do not go under it) Continue straight down Kaiya Beach Lane to the last building at the end, just before the beach Enter through the white pool gate upon arrival

  • Timing: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to class to allow time for walking or biking to the Beach House

  • Bicycles: Bike racks are available at the Beach House
