EvolvePilates is done on our state of the art reformers, so we recommend grip socks. Grip Socks are available for purchase in the studio. Wear workout clothes that make you feel your best and allow for ease of movement.

Take your Evolve workout to the next level by combining Evolve's two signature workouts, EvolvePilates and Burn, into one class. SBS begins with 30 minutes of Burn to get your heart pumping and sweat flowing, then finishes with 30 minutes of EvolvePilates to shape and sculpt.
