We recommend a combination of EvolvePilates and Burn classes along with a commitment of at least three classes per week to see optimal results. Of course we love to see clients as much as possible so come in as often as you'd like. Set a goal for yourself, stick to it and expect to see progress within the first month.

Keep in mind each client will have different goals and hurdles to overcome. The most important step is not to give up. Give yourself time to adapt to your new workout routine. The results will follow. Remember to be patient with your body. With each class, you will get stronger and more confident. Our goal is to challenge you so the workouts never get easy; you just get stronger!

Wondering What to Expect at Your First Evolve Class?

So you've decided to try your first Evolve class. Now what?

First, leave your hesitation at the door. Each time you walk through our door, you will be greeted by our smiling staff. After a few visits, we will know your name, so check-in will be a breeze. For your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your workout to receive a tour of the studio and rundown of your workout.

We encourage you to set goals for your workout. You can expect to be challenged, but leave with a feeling of accomplishment. Your instructor will make sure to show you a little extra love as you begin your evolution. Regardless of your fitness level, your instructor can modify or advance any exercise as needed. Typically it takes about 3-5 sessions to really get the hang of the Evolve Methods, so hang in there!
