JOIN OUR TEAM
Are you passionate about fitness, connection, and creating an incredible experience for others? We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Studio Assistants at Evolve!
Here’s how to get started:
We’d love for you to record a short video introducing yourself and answering a few questions. This will help us get to know you beyond your resume and understand the personality, energy, and strengths you would bring to Evolve!
Step 1: Record Your Video
Please record a 3–5 minute video introducing yourself and answering the questions below.
This does not need to be professionally recorded or rehearsed. A video from your phone is perfect!
We simply want to get a feel for who you are, how you communicate, and the energy you would bring to our clients and team.
Step 2: Answer the Following Questions
In your video, please answer these six questions:
Tell us a little about yourself and why you want to work at Evolve.
What does great customer service look like to you?
This role involves everything from welcoming clients and answering questions to cleaning, folding towels, restocking, and helping wherever needed. How do you feel about that type of hands-on environment?
Tell us about a time you noticed something needed to be done and took care of it without being asked.
What personality traits or strengths do you have that would make you a phenomenal Studio Assistant?
What is your current availability, and approximately how many hours per week are you looking to work?
Don’t overthink it! We simply want to get a feel for who you are, how you communicate, and the energy you would bring to our clients and team.

The Studio Assistant Role
The Studio Assistant helps set the tone for the entire Evolve experience.
You are one of the first people our clients see when they walk through the door and a key connection between our clients, instructors, and Studio Manager. Your goal is to create an environment where people feel seen, welcomed, and taken care of.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. Studio Assistants are actively involved in the day-to-day experience and operations of the studio.
What You'll Do
Client Experience
Welcome and check in clients, learn names, build relationships, assist new clients with their first visit, answer questions, help with bookings and purchases, and make every person who walks through our doors feel like they belong.
Studio Operations
Help keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and ready throughout the day. This includes laundry, towels, restocking supplies, supporting the Smoothie Bar, preparing spaces for classes, and helping wherever needed.
Front Desk & Communication
Assist with calls, texts, emails, client accounts, purchases, class rosters, and bookings while keeping information organized and accurate.
Team Support
Work alongside our instructors and Studio Manager to keep classes and the client experience running smoothly. Be willing to jump in, solve problems, and take ownership when you see something that needs to be done.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Genuinely enjoys people and building relationships
Is friendly, confident, and welcoming
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Communicates clearly in person and digitally
Can multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Takes initiative without always needing to be asked
Takes pride in doing the small things well
Is comfortable with the hands-on side of keeping a studio running
Wants to contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or front desk operations is helpful, but personality, work ethic, and attitude matter most.
