We recommend a combination of EvolvePilates and Burn classes along with a commitment of at least three classes per week to see optimal results. Of course we love to see clients as much as possible so come in as often as you'd like. Set a goal for yourself, stick to it and expect to see progress within the first month.

Keep in mind each client will have different goals and hurdles to overcome. The most important step is not to give up. Give yourself time to adapt to your new workout routine. The results will follow. Remember to be patient with your body. With each class, you will get stronger and more confident. Our goal is to challenge you so the workouts never get easy; you just get stronger!
